We may charge a nominal service fee for support, modifications, itinerary planning, or rebooking assistance. These fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.
3. Ticket Refunds
If you request a refund for a purchased train ticket, our agents will guide you through the official refund process with the ticket issuer. Approval and processing of the refund depend on their policies.
Most train ticket providers (including Amtrak) may offer partial or full refunds only if:
- The request is made before departure
- The ticket type is refundable
- A cancellation fee may apply
4. Non-Refundable Tickets
